Simmo's high stepp'in Monaro runs a 461 cube big block & has done a
best of 9.81 @ 135 mph. Although it's not registered, it would be
relatively easy to make it street legal, If we keep the pressure on Simmo
he just may put it on the street.
This Escort is powered by a nitroused 351C, the great thing about it is, it's fully engineered & street legal (with-out the Nitrous of coarse). Vegie can be seen cruising around in this Escort that's gone 10.8 @ 125 mph in street trim. At the last Calder meet, it "kicked a few legs out of bed" :( so may not been seen for a few months.
